Company history:

1990: Formed by Tony Regan as Sunray School of Motoring, offering learner instruction in the Medway Towns area of Kent.

2000: Worked with national training providers The Mentor Group in providing ADI Training across Kent until 2003

2003: Changed company name to ATR Training and began providing independent ADI Training

2004: Became DSA Fleet Registered, and began providing Fleet Driver Training across the South East of England

2004: Launched PassRight Driving school to care for the learner driver side of the business

2005: Began working with Kent County Council and Kent Police in providing training for their National Driver Improvement Scheme

2006: Provided SAFED (Safe and Fuel Efficient Driving) van driver training

2006: Began working with Kent County Council and Kent Police in providing practical and theory training for their and National Speed Awareness scheme

Tony Regan

Tony qualified as an Approved Driving Instructor in 1990 and has run a very successful driving school business ever since.

A Grade 6 Fleet Instructor, his qualifications include the RoSPA Diploma in Advanced Driving Instruction and BTec Level 3 Certificate in Advanced Driving Instruction; he also holds advanced driving certificates from the Institute of Advanced Motorists, DIAmond Advanced Motorists, and RoSPA at Gold grade. Tony is also a member of RoADA (RoSPA Advanced Drivers' Association), the Motor Schools' Association, the Driving Instructor's Association and the Master Drivers' Club.

Tony is registered with both RoSPA and the Driving Standards Agency for Fleet Training, and with RoSPA for providing training for candidates in preparation for the RoSPA Advanced Driving Test.
